Simba NV is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company in its next phase of growth. The CEO will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s strategic vision, managing senior leadership, and ensuring the company’s operational excellence.

Key Responsibilites

Develop and execute the company’s strategic goals and objectives.

Provide leadership and direction to the senior management team.

Oversee company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management.

Represent Simba NV in all interactions with stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and the media.

Drive business development initiatives and explore new market opportunities.

Foster a company culture that encourages high performance and innovation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive role within the online gaming or technology industry.

Strong understanding of corporate finance, performance management, and corporate governance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.

Strong understanding of the regulatory environment for online gaming.<
